Description
Explore real-world audio creation through your programming lessons by using the BBC micro:bit Audio Cable. The Audio Cable clips on to the micro:bit using a 4mm banana plug connection. At the other end of the Audio Cable, a speaker or headphones can be attached using the standard 3.55mm audio jack connection.
The micro:bit can then be programmed to produce sounds and music that are then played through the attached speaker or headphones (not included). Students can design their own music sequences, create alarm devices or even create their own music-based games using the Audio Cable.
•Add a new dimension to your STEM lessons using this simple programming resource.
•Expand your students design, problem-solving and programming skills by adding the Audio Cable to your bank of coding resources.
•Get started easily using the instruction manual included with the micro:bit Audio Cable.
