*Special Delivery & Oversized Items Delivery Costs

Items that are delivered via a special carrier, including medical items, furniture, oversized items and hazardous items, do not qualify for free delivery. These will be sent via carrier from our distribution centres to your location in 3 - 7 business days. The delivery charge is shown at the checkout stage and will vary dependent upon the product size, weight or other factors.

We deliver to both business and residential addresses

Deliveries to Business Addresses:

Special deliveries to business addresses do not include inside delivery. These shipments are tailgate/dock delivery. This means the driver will bring the items to the rear of the delivery vehicle, but will not assist you in bringing the products inside. Inside delivery and set up is available in most areas for an additional charge. Please email us at css@harperoffice.co.uk or call 0800 376 99 66 for a quote if you need inside assistance. Be sure to include your order number in your email. Should you request the driver make an inside delivery during the delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges.

A signature is required for all special deliveries to business addresses, and someone must be available during business hours to sign for the delivery, (Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). In the unlikely event of product damage, please note any visible damage on the delivery not or advice before signing for the shipment. When there is visible product damage on any delivery, it is best to refuse delivery. Any claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours. IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING MATERIALS YOUR ORDER. ITEMS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.

Special Deliveries to Residential Addresses:

Residential Special Deliveries may incur additional charges. We will contact you when this is the case. Residential deliveries are tailgate delivery and do not include inside delivery or a lift gate. This means the driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck, but will not assist you in bringing the products inside or taking the products off the truck. If inside delivery or a lift gate is required, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements and inform you of any additional fees. Extra charges apply for all deliveries that require a lift gate.
