At Harper Office, your satisfaction is important to us

Should you have the need for a return, please follow the process below so we can take care of your needs promptly & fairly.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or was shipped in error, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply. Please see "Non-Returnable Items" and "Return Reasons" below.

Please note that in the event of a return or cancelletion due to no fault of Harper Office, we are unable to provide free returns shipping. We are a discount store dedicated providing everyday low pricing, and return shipping charges result in higher prices for all. In addition, our original outbound shipping charges may be deducted from returns due to no fault of our own.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Harper Office, and ALL returns must first have a Return Authorization Number. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable. Unless your return is for a product that is damaged or defective, items must be in resaleable condition. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delviery

Returns must be made within 15 days of order receipt. Refunds take between 3-7 working days to process.

  • Please complete our returns form here, our customer services team will then send you a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
  • After we send you an RA # and a Return Shipping Address, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Write the RA # on the outside of the shipping carton or on a piece of paper taped to the shipping carton. Please do not write on the product packaging, this renders the product as used and it will not recieve a full refund.
  • Send the items to the Return Address using your preferred shipping method. We suggest using a carrier that provides proof of delivery like UPS or FedEx, as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited.
  • If the return is due to a defective item or an error by Harper Office, a prepaid return shipping label is usually provided.
  • Once our warehouse has processed your return, a refund will be applied to your original payment method or to your account if you hold a credit line with us. Your refund will be issued as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. Some items shipping direct from the manufacturer may have restocking charges. We reserve the right to include a 15-30% restocking charge on all product returns caused by no fault of our own.
  • No returns without a Return Authorization Number, and returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
  • A return shipping address will be provided to you for all returns. Please wait to receive that address prior to shipping.
  • Returns must be in original manufacturer´s packaging, and products must be in resalable condition.
  • We promise to be fair -- we ask you to be fair as well. Returns cost us all money!
A small number of items are non-returnable based on manufacturer policies. Due to limited shelf life and safety issues, or potential fraudulent claims, we DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
  • Cleaning, sanitation, and safety supplies like PPE (including personal protective equipment, masks, face coverings, face shields, gloves, goggles, gowns, thermometers).
  • Medical Devices, Medical supplies including sanitation equipment and dated consumables.
  • Dated products including calendars and planners
  • Electronics including headsets, microphones, mice, and keyboards
  • Food and beverages
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Special Order/Custom-made items and Manufacturer Direct items may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt.
These products will only be accepted for return in the event of a manufacturer´s defect or error on our part. Also, any assembled furniture or opened computer software will not be accepted for return.
If you changed your mind about a product, or ordered an item incorrectly, we will refund you the price of that unopened, resaleable item less the return shipping costs. Please be aware that when returning an item ordered incorrectly on your part that received free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your return amount. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to Harper Office. If the order you received is damaged or defective, or we made a mistake and shipped the incorrect item, we will arrange for these damaged or incorrect items to be returned, and we will pay the shipping charges incurred due to our error.
All returns or warranty claims after 30 days must be done directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer´s warranties vary, so please consult the warranty information included with your product(s). If you need help contacting a manufacturer, or determining the scope of your manufacturer´s warranty, contact us and we are happy to assist.

We protect ourselves against fraud and reserve the right to recover monies as a result of attempted fraud.

Attempts to unlawfully obtain credits for goods returned to us that are used may result in legal action being taken against you. The total costs of legal recovery including the cost of goods will be borne by you.
