Deliveries from Harper Office

 

 

First of all, we hope you, your family and colleagues are all keeping well.

In order to manage our customers expectations and in turn for you to manage the expectations of your colleagues, we wanted to update you about your orders and deliveries.

The measures we are observing under the current COVID situation, to protect our colleagues who deliver to you, continue to present us with some challenges in fulfilling orders to you as quickly as usual.  Interruptions to supply chains are also affecting some products availability nationally.

Please be aware this is a very fluid situation and we are working to return to a normal level of services as quickly as circumstances and health considerations permit.

 

Order Fulfilment

 

Many manufacturers have been on shutdown and many goods that are imported are subject to limited availability and extended delivery times.  Your orders may take a little longer to complete but our customer service team will be working in the background to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible.  If you have any questions around this please contact your account manager or our team. We are seeking to fulfil orders with alternatives wherever possible.

 

Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are affected and you should allow for delivery times between 24 and 72 hours for your delivery, provided it is in stock.  Our team will advise you if a product is not available on the day you order it or the next day to enable you to make alternative selections.

 

Delivery Restrictions

 

We must protect the health and wellbeing of our delivery teams. Therefore, they will be observing certain guidelines that may mean your goods may only be delivered to a common area such as a reception or goods loading bay. If you are on a floor that requires lift access your goods may be left at the ground floor for you to collect.

We fully intend to return to our standard service levels as soon as possible and thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we manage the situation for the benefit of our customers and colleagues.
