Starter Stile Maths is aimed at helping young learners with key early mathematic skills. The series offers a sytematic approach to the teaching of the main elements of core learning for children aged 4-7. Suitable for individual or paired work. This 8-tile tray is essential for the activities in the Starter Stile Numeracy programme. Pupils answer the questions by simply placing each of the eight numbered tiles on the appropriate square on the base of the tray. When all the tiles have been placed, they close the tray, turn it over, and reopen it to reveal a geometric pattern. If the answers are all correct, the pattern will match the one printed at the top of the exercise. There are many different accompanying workbooks for use with the Stile Tray, covering Literacy and Maths. This set includes books suitable for children aged 4-6. The first two books in each of the following strands are provided: Counting & Understanding Number; Number Facts & Calculating; and Understanding Shape & Measuring. Starter Stile Tray not included.
